Dr. Bill Lewis Center for Children
The Dr. Bill Lewis Center for Children provides neutral, child-friendly forensic interviews and assessments of alleged child sexual abuse victims. Forensic exams are covered by the State of Indiana.

Indiana Child Abuse and Neglect Hotline
If you suspect a child is being abused or neglected, call the Indiana Department of Child Services’ Child Abuse and Neglect Hotline. It is available 24/7, including weekends and holidays. Reports may be made anonymously.

Youth Services Center
The Youth Services Center of Allen County is a county-run, short-term residential emergency shelter.
The Indiana Age of Consent is 16 years old. Indiana is a mandatory reporting state. Anyone who suspects a child (17 or younger) has been neglected or abused must by state law make a report.
